Balloon are a serious CHOKING HAZARD for children ages 2 and under. When a young child, age 2 and under, puts a balloon in their mouth and it pops, the debris could potentially block their airways. It is very difficult to remove balloon debris because it will stick to their throat.


LIABILITY RELEASE TERMS

If you, the parent of a child age 2 and under, choose to allow your young child/infant to receive a balloon you AGREE TO LEGALLY RELEASE ME FROM FULL LIABILITY if your child puts the balloon in their mouth, despite being fully informed about the choking risks involved. You accept full responsibility of all consequences.


In order for an underage child to receive a balloon, you must fill out the Liability Release Form below.
